General

These terms and conditions apply to the 'EXHALE Events Antwerp ' competition developed and implemented by TicketSwap International B.V. located at Rokin 75, 1012 KL in Amsterdam. The promotion is carried out on behalf of EXHALE Events located at Braziliëstraat 26, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium.

Participation

Participation is open to anyone who comments “#EXHALEtogether bring us to Antwerp!” on the Instagram post, tags 3x friends and follows both @ticketswap and @exhaleofc, and shares the post to their Instagram stories, except for those persons referred to below. Participation is excluded for employees of both TicketSwap and EXHALE Events, as well as anyone who is in any way directly or indirectly involved in this promotion in an organizational sense. The minimum age for participation is 18 years. There is no maximum age for participation. Participation in this promotion is free. 

Promotion period

• This campaign runs from January 19th, 2024 to January 21st, 2024. The campaign will be hosted on TicketSwap’s Instagram account, and will be promoted by EXHALE Events on their social media accounts.

Prize and winners

With this campaign, participants will have a chance to win four tickets for EXHALE Events’ Antwerp event. The winners will be selected at random and communicated on January 22nd, 2024. TicketSwap will notify winners via DM. In total there will be one winner, who will get four tickets to EXHALE Events’s Antwerps event. EXHALE Events will email the tickets to the winners once their details are shared.

Personal data

When participating, the participant gives permission for the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the promotion. The personal data will be used to implement the promotion and the distribution of the prizes. The personal data of individual participants is not shared with third parties other than those mentioned in the privacy policy, such as, but not limited to, EXHALE Events. The participant's details will be treated confidentially in accordance with the privacy policies of TicketSwap and EXHALE Events. Other

No rights can be derived from the result of this promotion. The result of the promotion is irreversible, non-transferable and will not be corresponded about. In cases not provided for in the terms and conditions, TicketSwap will decide. In the event of fraud or undue influence on the promotion, TicketSwap reserves the right to exclude participants, not to award prizes or to waive the right to a prize. If a participant has not fulfilled the entry conditions, TicketSwap has the right to exclude the participant from further participation and/or it may be decided to waive the right to the prize to be won.
