General
These terms and conditions apply to the 'Blueprint Open Air Festival Giveaway' hosted by Blueprint Shows V.O.F. The promotion will be carried out via the TicketSwap platform, in association with Blueprint Open Air Festival, Blueprint Shows V.O.F., Bosruiter 30, 5658 CM, Eindhoven
Participation
Participation is open to anyone with a verified TicketSwap user account, except for employees of TicketSwap, Blueprint Shows V.O.F., and anyone directly or indirectly involved in organizing this promotion. Participants must be at least 18 years old. There is no entry fee, and participants may enter once by accepting these terms and conditions and providing their first name, last name, and email, while agreeing to opt-in to share personal details with TicketSwap for marketing communications.
Promotion Period
This campaign runs from June 7th to 14th June, 2024.
Prize and Winners
One participant will win 2x 4 day tickets to the Blueprint Open Air Festival. Winners will be chosen and notified via email on June 15th, 2024. Blueprint Open Air will provide the tickets to TicketSwap before this date, and TicketSwap will deliver the prize details to the winners via email.

By participating, entrants consent to the processing of their personal data solely for executing this promotion, distributing the prizes, and sending a notification. Personal details will be handled confidentially and not shared with third parties other than those mentioned in the privacy policies of TicketSwap and Blueprint Open Air Festival. Communication
By entering, participants agree to receive emails from TicketSwap regarding the competition results, including announcements of winners. Participants also consent to receive push notifications related to the competition.

No rights can be derived from the outcome of this promotion. Decisions by TicketSwap are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In cases not covered by these terms, TicketSwap reserves the right to make the final decision. TicketSwap also reserves the right to disqualify participants or withhold prizes in cases of suspected fraud or if the promotion is compromised in any way.
